So once I had clipped mask the image I then place it back into the center on the first circle. Then from there I once again got the Ellipse tool and this time i created a father 3 smaller circles all placed and center in each other. Then with the two slight bigger circle I use the transparency panel and changed the opacity to 45%, this was to show that in real life I wanted that part to transparent when cut out into an actual DVD disc. The smallest circle in the center if fulled to black because that would be cut out to fit into a disc case. Basically it's where your fingers go when holding a disc.
